Solo traveler recommend it for the unique vibe

The location was ideal,, close to vibrant restaurants and cafes,, . I really appreciated the friendly staff who were quick to help when I found the room wasn't quite what I was expecting, they switched me to the right one immediately.

It wasn't cheap,, but acceptable for the experience.

Very accommodating - they prepared 3 rooms for 3 couples even though it was still morning rather than have us wait for a later checkin.

Shower style - hard not to get the whole bath wet.

Positive, I loved my room with a view and room art. The location is about 10-15 mins walk from the Capitole, and about a 3 min walk to the metro. The staff were friendly and recommended a great nearby coffee shop. Would definitely stay again 😊

The staff were all very helpful and the location was perfect with lovely views over the river. Easy to access all the interesting sights of Toulouse. We were given lots of information about what to see in the area. The breakfasts were lovely and the room very comfortable and well looked after. Really enjoyed the stay.

The location and river view was good.

The African print motif of the room decor was not what I had expected, but rather a Belle Epoch which conformed to the lobby, The staff was rahter proprietory - felt I was being evaluated and couldn't relax in the room. Not enough was done to promote the restaurant.

The hotel offers complimentary champagne when booking through reception, a lovely touch for a special stay.

There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was outstanding. The room was well-appointed and it had a safe, a minibar and a sofa bed. It had outstanding food, very very helpful staff. Location: the hotel was close enough to the restaurant downstairs, tram and all the conveniences of the 21st.

Really enjoyed central heating, iron/ironing board and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. We were offered a marvellous service.

The view over the Garonne River from the room was a standout feature, offering a fine backdrop. The unique artistic decor in the rooms added to the charm and atmosphere, showcasing the local art scene nicely.

The room size was far from ideal-rather cramped, especially when traveling with someone else. The shower setup was quirky, and the limited access via narrow stairs to some rooms could be problematic with heavy luggage. The inconsistencies with cleanliness in common areas left something to be desired, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable ambiance.

I loved relaxing in the cozy lounge and enjoying the beautiful garden area during my stay here. The relaxing atmosphere made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The only downside was the parking situation, which could get tricky at times, but it didn't take away from a truly enjoyable experience. 😊

The central location near attractions made exploring easy, and the artisan bread served was a good surprise. While the room offered fine views over the river, the shower setup presented challenges due to its handheld design, and the air conditioning unit was uncomfortably close to the bed. The lack of a safe was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber.
